Relationship coaching is a process in which a coach supports a client (or couple) in improving the quality and satisfaction of interpersonal relationships – whether partner, family or professional. It focuses on the present and future, helping to develop communication, resolve conflicts and build healthier, more supportive behavior patterns.

It takes as long as you need to work together – sometimes one or a few sessions are enough to gain clarity, make decisions, or learn new ways of talking and responding. You decide how often we meet and in what format – my job is to adjust to your real needs.
