Relationship coaching – what is it and how does it work?
Relationship coaching is a process in which a coach supports a client (or couple) in improving the quality and satisfaction of interpersonal relationships – whether partner, family or professional. It focuses on the present and future, helping to develop communication, resolve conflicts and build healthier, more supportive behavior patterns.
In practice, this means:
- Relationship building support: we learn how to strengthen the bond with a partner, children, friends or co-workers.
- Improving communication: we work on really listening and being heard – without blaming, with more assertiveness and empathy.
- Personal development: relationship coaching helps not only in dealing with others, but also in getting to know oneself, increasing self-confidence and creating healthy relational habits.
- Focus on the future: unlike therapy, we do not endlessly analyze the past, but create an action plan that produces results in the here and now.
- Flexible forms of cooperation: you can work with me individually, as a couple or in the form of a session focused on professional relations – you decide the form and length of cooperation.
